Vinny Gonzales
1956 - 2024

My heart is broken to hear of the passing of my dear friend and number one fan Vinny Gonzalez. Vinny and I go back since the 70s. He was there with us from the very beginning. He watched us play in small NY dingy clubs all the way to Madison Square Garden. He is infamous in the KISS Army. KISS fans all over the world know Vinny. He was a special person. Vinny was a lifelong fan of all eras of KISS. He loved KISS and we loved him. Vinny was a fan of many things - music, movies and sports. Vinny got great joy meeting celebrities and getting his photo taken with them and getting their autograph. We had so many memorable and fun times together. His mother and father, Nancy and Vinny Sr., were wonderful parents to Vinny. I had many dinners at their home and enjoyed Nancy's amazing Italian cooking . We all enjoyed lots of laughs and had a deep love for each other. I could write a novel of all of the times that we had together. There's so much to say. But most of all, I want to say how much I loved Vinny and I will miss him deeply. My wife Gigi was also very close to Vinny. They became very good friends. They would call each other on their birthday because they share the same day. She always looked out for Vinny making sure he was comfortable backstage and at all of our events. They spoke often. She would call and check up on him to make sure he was taking care of himself. I would get on the phone and he would tell me some jokes. He always made me laugh so hard. We both loved Vinny deeply. My love and prayers go out to all of Vinny's family and friends. We will miss you our dear friend. May you rest in peace with the Lord.

God Bless,

Peter and Gigi Criss
